Fitness Classes
Offering a range of class styles for people of all ages and abilities, our fitness classes incorporate HiiT and strength training to challenge your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
New to exercise or looking to get back into a routine? Come and try your first class free and meet some like minded people!

Rehab Classes
Rehabilitation exercise aims to bring back full function following injury through restoring muscle strength, endurance, power, and improving flexibility.
After an initial consultation and screening, rehabilitation programs will be individualised and prescribed. Classes are scheduled to support and instruct patients through these programs in a small group environment.

Yoga
Exercising, in whatever style you choose, is great. Between the adrenaline and the sense of accomplishment, it leaves us happily fatigued. But the real work of training lies in giving your body time and space to adapt to the stress of your workout, so that you are stronger for the next one.
This is where Sports Yoga can help. Sports-Yoga will assist with enhancing athletic performance, improving strength & stability, increase flexibility as well as preventing injury. Sports Yoga isn’t just for sporting folk, it will help with niggling aches & pains from long days at the office or on the road.

Seniors Strength & Mobility Class
Strength & Balance. We are all about staying active no matter your age, and as we get older it is important we incorporate strength training to: Maintain muscle tissue and strength, contribute to better balance and coordination, and reduce the risk of falls and preserve bone density.
Tuesday & Thursday, 11:15am - 12pm.

4 participants maximum per class. $50 per class or 10 Class Pass available for $450. *Private Health Rebatable
