Lara has a background working across a wide range of sports including AFL, baseball, netball and touch rugby. She has experience with treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, ranging from acute to chronic in presentation. Lara has been a sports trainer at AFL level since 2010 and one of her career highlights was being part of the WCE grand final team in 2018. She believes in working collaboratively with her clients to work towards their goals, through combining hands on treatment with gym-based rehabilitation and self-management strategies.
Lara is a Perth local having grown up and completed all of her studies here. Away from work, Lara enjoys spending her time with family and friends, or with her adorable dog. She enjoys keeping active, being a keen runner and netballer herself.
