Physiotherapist

I graduated from the Curtin University School of Allied Health with my Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy). Prior to returning to study physiotherapy, I qualified as a mechanical engineer and worked in the oil and gas industry for 10 years, but found myself constantly looking for ways to apply my engineering knowledge to help people, particularly in the area of their health. I have long had a passion for all things sports and am fascinated by the mechanics of the human body, so it became evident that physiotherapy was the perfect profession to combine these interests and make a difference in the lives of others.

I enjoy diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. I am particularly interested in upper and lower limb injuries, sports injuries and rehabilitation, and the use of resistance training for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Outside of physiotherapy, I am involved in strength sports and enjoy playing recreational basketball. I’m grateful for the opportunity I have at West Coast Health Physiotherapy to make a positive impact in the local and wider community
