What to expect

Physiotherapy assessment of you as an athlete, addressing any current or previous injuries, identifying goals and review of training loads and plans for upcoming races or events.

Bikefit – Looking at bike set up and position on the bike trainer, with assistance from motion capture technology.

Development of a strength and conditioning program to address past or present injuries and reduce the risk of future injuries. The stronger you are, not only will you be faster and more powerful on the bike, you will be more comfortable in maintaining a more aerodynamic position – essential for those long rides!
