Rehab Classes

Rehabilitation exercise aims to bring back full function following injury through restoring muscle strength, endurance, power, and improving flexibility.

After an initial consultation and screening, rehabilitation programs will be individualised and prescribed. Classes are scheduled to support and instruct patients through these programs in a small group environment.
