This training course is suited to those who are new to running!
Are you looking to run your first Parkrun? Would like to run with your children? Are you returning to running after an extended break? Do sometime struggle with motivation? If you answered yes to any of these – this group is for you!
We have the training solution to suit your needs and busy schedule.
The course builds you up over 8 weeks so you can run further, faster and more efficiently, led by female coaches who understand how to get started.
8 week Training Course starting Monday, 7th December 2020
Mon 6am – 7am – Mineral Resources Park
Wed 6am – 7am – Mineral Resources Park
Fri 6am – 7am – West Coast Health & HP (Sports Yoga session)
Weekend – self-directed run
Goal – 5km Parkrun Burswood Peninsula – Australia Day 26th January 2021
What do you get?
Education: Women’s Fitness E- handbook with runner’s strength exercises, training tips, session breakdown
Professional Coaches: All our coaches are experienced in running technique, training and injury management of common running injuries. We are here to help you reach your running and fitness goals.
Run Technique: At every session you will practice specific running drills and be given tips to make you a stronger more efficient runner.
Community: We cater for all abilities and ages. Our Women’s training group is relaxed, friendly and all inclusive.
Experienced Support: Our physios have been supporting athletes reach their goals through many years of expert experience.
Great Value: We love running and fitness and we want to see you all involved in the Perth running community, from $250 for 8 weeks (2 runs/ week, 1 yoga/per week) – just $10 per session!
