West Coast Health & High Performance would like to invite you to come and try our our High Performance Testing Centre. We are are hosting an Open Day on May 2nd starting at 4pm-8pm. This is a FREE event.

Athletes, parents, coaches, teachers....come on down & take a look at our incredible Athlete High Performance Testing Facility. This is also the perfect opportunity for you to jump in a have a go.

Test your vertical jump height & explosive leg power or get in for a quick Gait Analysis. Talk to our sports scientists about how doing an RMR can assist you in fuelling your body properly to improve your performance. Our physios will be onhand to give you some advice on your muscle imbalances and how you can correct these in the gym.

On the night we are giving away 5 DEXA Scans (Body Composition) valued at $90 each & 2 VO2 Max Tests valued at $170 each. *VO2 must be pre-registered, they will be advised two days before & will complete the test on the night.
