Andrew Ghaly

Physiotherapist | BSc Physiotherapy

Andrew is a physiotherapist who is passionate about all things injury rehab and performance health. Andrew completed his Masters degree in Physiology at the University of Western Ontario in Canada, with his Master’s research project being published in Pediatric Research. He travelled to Australia and graduated with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney in 2017. During his time in Sydney he played American football and won three consecutive state championships and competed for a national title on behalf of the New South Wales state team.

Having played American football and rugby union for most of his life, Andrew is no stranger to injury. He is acutely aware of the physical and mental challenges that patients face when injured, and he applies that firsthand knowledge and understanding to his work. Andrew works to empower clients to understand the rehab process and return to doing the things they love. He has a special interest and strong skillset in ACL injuries, both in reconstructive and non-operative treatment pathways, having recovered from an ACL injury himself in 2019.

In his free time, Andrew can be found boxing, weightlifting, or trying not to yell at an NFL game in the middle of the night.
